Peach Cake

 

I've been spending a bunch of time in my little kitchen lately. What is happening to me? Haha. I think it's because I scored an Instant Pot for 5 bucks at a garage sale and now I'm inspired to figure out how to use it. Let me know if you have any favorite Instant Pot recipies! I think I'm really going to love it once school is back in session. 

This peach cake is not Instant Pot related but I wanted to share here so I don't lose the recipie! I had some peaches hanging out that I thought were ripe but nope! They were really difficult to peel and remove from the pit. I wanted to make the top of the cake pretty with sliced peaches but that wasn't happening. Oh well. Maybe next time! The cake was super delicious! 

Besides the cake, a few of my favorite things from last week are the vintage rick rack flower tea towel I found at the antique shop and the peek-a-boo bunny pen and note pad from Sower Books. So cute and pink!
