Hello there! I just got home from spending all of last week with my mom. She had foot surgery, so I went to help her as she kept her foot elevated...which was really hard for her to do. All she wanted to do was work in her garden! I tried to get the big stuff like mowing done. The rest of the time I tried a new chicken recipe, took pics of mom's pretty flowers and worked on my scrappy trip along blocks. I sewed on mom's freshly tuned machine and it was so nice! I need to get my machine tuned up.
Now that I'm home, my yard needs some TLC! Besides that, I'm hoping to get the scrappy trip all sewn together. Hooray for summer!
